By submitting requests or accepting projects through the directory, both property owners and trades agree to operate exclusively under vetted service mandates and standardized safety benchmarks.

Directory Use & Qualified Trade Verification
All milestone deposits and upfront capital allocations are safeguarded within segregated, compliant trust accounts prior to construction commencement. Escrowed capital remains strictly isolated from operational liquidity, ensuring funds cannot be appropriated or reallocated until explicit contractual milestones are satisfied.

Escrow Fund Custody & Capital Protection
Contracted quotes, material surcharges, and labor billables locked into the verified rate agreement represent binding commercial caps. Unilateral price variations are void without mutually countersigned electronic addendums registered on the platform prior to material execution.

Rate Agreement Compliance & Milestone Sign-Off
Release of escrowed funds requires dual authorization: formal contractor submission of inspection documentation followed by client sign-off or certified surveyor sign-off. Completed disbursements finalize within two business days following verified milestone closure.

Payment Release Stipulations & Completion Terms
Either party may initiate structured platform dispute resolution within seven calendar days of milestone submission. While an active dispute is under review by independent adjudicators, associated escrow funds remain frozen, safeguarding all stakeholder balances until resolution is finalized.
